Have you seen or heard about students using Dash and Dot Robots in their classroom and are interested to give them a try? This session is intended to introduce participants to coding in a simple, hands-on manner through the use of Dash Robots (provided) and block programming (Blockly). I will share best practices and tips for getting started and you will leave this session with ideas and resources for connecting coding into the elementary Ontario Curriculum. Participants can choose to bring their own Dash and/or iPad/tablet with the Blockly, Blockly Jr, Path, Go, Wonder,& Xylo Apps installed.
